The best agents ever. Always quick to answer any questions or concerns I have. Every time an incident happen, all I have to do is pick up the phone and let them know and either everything is taken care for me or they will help guide me through every step of the claims process. I have my business, home and auto insured through them and it's the best decisions ever!!! Having an accident or damage to your property is extremely stressful but I can always trust that Allison and Thompson will be there to assist me in any way possible so I never have to worry. Excellent customer service and always a positive experience when dealing with them!!!

My experience with Allison & Thompson has been nothing short of phenomenal. Tim and Loy have not only spent countless hours providing guidance in regards to risk management, but have gone above and beyond to be a resource and problem solve any issue that comes my way!
Tim has taken time to review contracts for me and evaluate potential issues from a risk standpoint and has provided documents for me to use in certain situations to ensure I’m protected. Loy has always been so helpful in bringing me additional resources that she feels could be helpful in different areas of my business as well.
Tim and Loy are not your everyday agents. They are always a call away- day or night and will go the extra mile to help their clients.
